Previous US negotiator Joe Wilson, who tested the Bush organization on the motivations to do battle with Iraq, has kicked the bucket of organ disappointment.

Wilson's passing was affirmed by his previous spouse, ex-CIA official Valerie Plame.

Wilson was the last American government authority to meet with Saddam Hussein.

In July 2003, Wilson wrote in a New York Times opinion piece that in the months prior to the Iraq war "a portion of the knowledge identified with Iraq's atomic weapons program was contorted to misrepresent the Iraqi risk." Plame's work for the CIA was accounted for in the media not long subsequently.

Plame is presently running for Congress in New Mexico.

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
